After creating the Common Master, navigate to Web-e-Tax. The main interface of the Web-e-Tax software will appear. Click on Create Assessee to initiate the creation of an Assessee Master for ITR filing.

Upon clicking Create Assessee, a prompt will appear: "Do you want to fill data for prefill JSON?"

• Click OK to import data directly from the government portal. You’ll be asked to enter the PAN and Password of the E-Filing portal.

• Alternatively, click Cancel if you prefer to enter the data manually.

If you choose OK, the Assessee’s data will be automatically fetched and populated in the software from the government portal. This includes details such as PAN, Name, Father's Name, Date of Birth, Contact Information, and Address on Page 1.
On Page 2, the Bank Account details will be displayed.
Page 3 will show the Acknowledgement Details.

Once all data is fetched and saved, a message stating "Saved Successfully" will appear.
